Examples of standard roles

  • Role of HR department specialist ensures control of personnel data, performs services to monitor this data within the processes of personnel movement. If in the processes of data change there are employees and their managers, HR specialist controls and processes the information received from them.

To change or browse HR data there are used forms of familiar documents of personnel record, for example, to change data because of employee’s transfer – is made in the form of transfer order. After finishing the data change, the order can be sent for director’s approval, the data is automatically registered in information system.

  • Specialist of HCM carries out his functions by means of services in accordance with process approach in the area of:
    • Organizational structure, learning and development, personnel reserve management - monitors and analyses if employees’ competence and personal traits meet the requirements,
    • Efficiency management – controls the processes of setting and evaluating the aims of personnel activity and development,
    • Mentioned above processes – provides support and integration of managers and their subordinate employees communication.

  • Communication of HR service, directors and employees

Within the framework of HRM processes directors and employees can form requests to get and change information as well as get requests from HR services to confirm some operations, data, etc.

These tasks are solved by means of roles specially intended for directors and their subordinates.

Head (or his assistant) within his role in the subordinate management sphere can:

  • Analyze personnel data
  • Control
    • the presence 
    • the budget and projects of the division
  • Make out requests for hiring, training, transfer, benefit and other
  • Plan
    • benefits
    • changes of number and positioning of personnel
    • division activity
  • Set aims of employees’ activity and development, assess them

Employee within his role communicate with HR Departement and Staff and can:

  • Manage
    • his working time, absence requests
    • his own plan of development

  • Search for other employees for contact
