Information network of communication is realized by means of Roles, Processes and Services that are determined in accordance with functions and tasks of employees within the framework of their everyday activity in the company.
Roles – work are information work positions with a set of information services for their performance within business-processes.
To interrelate efficiently among solutions users there are used information work positions of SAP Netweaver Portal or standard roles which are adapted in accordance with the peculiarities of concrete company. In addition within the SAP Netweaver Portal there can be determined own roles for other users.
Processes constitute designed on the basis of information services chains of activities (tasks) which are carried out in definite consequence.
Services constitute information applications realized to perform special activities (tasks) performed by different employees within the framework of business-processes in accordance with their roles.
Within the framework of the project to build information network of employees communication information services are developed and created in accordance with business-processes determined at the beginning of the project. Then within the whole life-cycle of communication information network business-processes can be modified by means of adding and changing services chains.
