In terms of process «Hiring» You can evaluate all the flexibility of SAP Netweaver BPM system.

In the process «Hiring» of «EVOLA» Company there are four officers:

  • Company executive;
  • Administrator;
  • HR specialist;
  • IT-specialist.

Every employee within the process performs definite set of activities that are determined by process model built according to BPMN recommendations.

Process step is a task that is to be performed by company employee responsible for this or that role in the process. Thus, the system automatically informs the employee about the task received.

Process «Hiring» realized on the basis of SAP Netweaver BPM considerably differs from the process realized in classical system SAP ERP. As before, its main function is to keep data about new employee in the system, but the order and its quality is absolutely different in this case. The main differences are:

  • Besides HR specialist, all responsible employees participate in the process;
  • Employee activation to calculate salary, recordings, etc. only after signing ordinance Т1 and WC;
  • integration of the process with other systems, such as bank-client , e-mail client, recording system of tangible assets;
  • employee’s hiring process can be carried out simultaneously by several of four process participants, mentioned above.

Most screen forms provided to the user to fill up are PDF forms and look like familiar paper documents (ordinance Т1, work contract, card Т2), which HR specialists often work with. Besides, PDF documents can be printed out at any moment.

The second group – is web-forms that allow fast and easy entering necessary information into the system not losing anything important.
