Human Interaction Management


Company personnel communication management is arranged by means of Information network of communication (created in accordance with SOA methodology) – this model where there are users and their roles, processes built on the basis of Enterprise Services, provided by SOA, and there is information exchange within the framework of these users’ roles and processes. Implementation of process approach results in reduction of expenses, decrease of risks and increase of business-processes management efficiency.

Information network of employees communication is arranged on the basis of SAP AG and Microsoft Corporation software to optimize everyday activity and to increase personnel labour productivity of companies and enterprises.

Such Information model is built by means of SAP NetWeaver BPM (Business Process Management), as well as SAP additional means, for example, BI (Business Intelligence), SAP NetWeaver Portal, etc. Though BPM plays the main role in creating of mentioned model.

If a company has been already using SAP system components, information network of employees communication will raise productivity of its use, ensure more effective communication between company managers and employees letting them get and exchange stored in different applications HR information in common information area with familiar intelligible interface.
