Performance management

Components for automation performance management processes and functions (beginning from goals setting and ending with key performance indicators (KPI) calculation) allow arranging on a regular time:
  • Corporative and personal goals setting;
  • Personal review by managers and experts;
  • 360-degree assessment, including self-assessment, managers, colleagues and experts assessment;
    • employees can perform KPI`s definition for themselves using Employee Self-Service (ESS) system;
    • managers could validate KPI`s of their employees using Manager Self-Service (MSS) system;
  • Overall employee performance calculation accordingly to the results of KPI assessment.
