While working with HRM implementation projects we often face with non-optimally built processes of personnel records, therefore at the stage of information system conceptual design we offer to optimize current processes to our clients.

Relying on our extensive experience in information solution implementation in the HRM area EVOLA Company offers services of business consulting, which include:

  • Company current personnel business processes analysis – client’s business requirements understanding (processes necessary to optimize or to build new ones not existed before), interviewing of analyzing processes key participants, studying of documents applied in company (standards, orders, etc.)
  • Processes Modeling As Is – process model building (Aris methodology or any other preferred by Client), responsibility matrix building. Reconciliation of built model with process key participants model and business customer.
  • Non-optimal personnel processes detecting – built model analysis, detecting of processes that can be improved, reconciliation of detected weak points in the model with process key participants and business customer.
  • Company optimal personnel model building – Model To Be – optimized process model building (Aris methodology or any other preferred by Client), responsibility matrix building.
  • Justification and presentation of model offered:
    • Functional justification – at this stage we show how functional responsibilities change effects process participants: reduction of time for current tasks performance, total increase of productivity, possibility to perform new tasks in addition.
    • Process justification – at this stage we show effect from total new process model implementation that business customer gets.
    • Economic justification – at this stage we perform calculation of economic efficiency ROI (Return of Investment) from implementation of HRM new process model. While calculating we use data got and proved by process key participants, in accordance with calculation results we prove mathematically economic efficiency.
  • Company new process model implementation proposal – development of the plan to implement new model in company.
  • Automation proposal – automation areas analysis within the framework of new model, information products analysis and proposal for contractor choosing to implement information solution.
  • Control and implementation of new model in Company – at this stage we can fulfill two tasks:
    • Support for new model implementation in Company – successive carrying forward of new model in Company, planning, working group management and control, risk analysis and management, etc.
    • Support for information solution implementation – Development of requirements specification to implement information solution, contractor control and work acceptance.
