«I want to thank EVOLA team for properly implemented localization project of human capital management system based on SAP HR Global Template solution of Enel company in ‘Enel OGK-5’.

The project team has demonstrated not only professional knowledge of methodology and functional of the system, but also an excellent communicative skills in communications with Italian colleagues when identifying the technical features of the corporate template, and the ability to interact with users effectively.

A very important stage of this project was the training process to teach users to work with the SAP HR system and the support of the first stage of their work, because the human resource departments specialists didn’t work with the SAP ERP before. In this case, learning affected not only the technical aspects of the system, attention was also focused on understanding the business processes of human resources records management of the company Enel. Preparations of instructional material were carried out on the basis of documents and taking into account the methodology of training of the company Enel.

We are very satisfied with the training and implementation of the project in whole. Especially I would like to mark out Galina Dolgikh and Elena Motsareva – EVOLA consultans, who were responsible for system configuration and user interaction. Galina and Elena had provided a great training for users of the Head Quarter of OGK-5 Enel and users of the plants who were very satisfied.

The customer support during the pilot operation stage was not only to solve the technical issues but also the problems related to the methodology that has made the transition to the SAP system for users easier. The high level of professionalism of EVOLA team and particularly the quality of training was noted by WISE program management in Italy».
